Returns & Refund Policy

The Home Comfort Store

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
