This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days (after dispatch)

  • International (if applicable): 7–21 business days (after dispatch)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delays and External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal strikes or disruptions

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • High seasonal demand

While we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, these factors may occasionally impact shipping times.


6. Incorrect Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.


7. Lost or Missing Orders

Lost parcels will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


9. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
